What this website is

This site describes Go Novo’s executive advisory work and lets you apply for a conversation. Nothing on it is an offer, a proposal, or a commitment to perform services, and submitting the application form does not create a client relationship.

The impact models are illustrative estimates

This section matters more than any other on this page. Please read it.

The calculators on this site are illustrative modeling tools. Each one performs arithmetic on figures that you enter. The outputs are estimates of what your own inputs imply under an assumption that you control, and nothing more.

• They are not guarantees. No output is a promise, projection, forecast, or guarantee of revenue, savings, cost reduction, return on investment, efficiency, capacity, or any other business result.
• They do not reflect your business. The models do not know your market, your customers, your costs, your contracts, your team, or your constraints. They cannot account for factors that determine real outcomes.
• The improvement percentages are yours. Each model has a slider you set. The default is a starting point for discussion, chosen to sit within a range commonly examined in this kind of review. It is not a benchmark we have measured for you and not a result we expect you to achieve.
• Assumptions are stated. Each model shows its formula and names which variable moves and which are held constant. Please check the arithmetic.
• Nothing is randomized or invented. Every figure is derived from what you typed, by the published formula.

Do not rely on any output as a basis for a business, financial, hiring, investment, or purchasing decision. Go Novo accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on these tools. If you want an assessment of your actual business, that is what a conversation is for.

Results described elsewhere on the site

Figures describing past work — revenue generated across co-founded businesses, marketing spend overseen, and similar — describe past experience. They are not representative of what any client should expect, and they are not a promise of comparable results. Named organizations reflect work with or support of growth initiatives involving those organizations; they are not endorsements, and no affiliation or sponsorship is implied.
