Privacy Policy

The short version

This website does not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, chat widgets, or third-party embeds, and it sets no non-essential cookies. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the application form and choose to send. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information we collect

We collect personal information only when you submit the application form:

• Identifiers — first and last name, business email address, and, if you choose to provide it, a mobile number.
• Professional information — company name, website, industry, approximate annual revenue range, and the area of support you select.
• Information you write — the description of your current constraint, including any figures you carry over from an impact model.
• Consent records — which contact permissions you granted, the exact wording shown to you, the version of that wording, and when it was captured.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information as defined by California law — government identifiers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, health information, biometric data, or the contents of your private communications. Please do not include any of it in the free-text field.

The impact models

Figures you enter into the impact calculators are processed in your browser. They are not transmitted to us, stored, or logged unless you choose to carry them into the application form and submit it. Clearing the page clears them.

Why we use it

• To review your inquiry and respond to it.
• To schedule and prepare for a conversation, if there is a fit.
• To send marketing email or text messages, only where you separately opted in.
• To keep records of the consent you gave, for as long as we rely on it.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to host the site, deliver email, and schedule calls. They process information on our instructions only and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. How long we keep it

Applications are kept while the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. Consent records are kept for as long as we rely on the consent, and for a period afterward to evidence that it was given. [Counsel to set specific retention periods.]

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you can still record a preference below, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal automatically.

To make a request, email contact@gonovo.ai with the subject line “Privacy request.” We will confirm receipt and respond within the timeframes the law requires. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and you may use an authorized agent.

Marketing and text messages

Marketing email and text messages are sent only to people who checked the relevant box. Neither box is pre-checked, neither is required, and declining does not affect whether your application is reviewed. You can unsubscribe from email using the link in any message, and you can stop text messages by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the application endpoint validates every submission on the server. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we use information already collected will be communicated directly where the law requires it.
